The North Platte Collaboration Campus (NPCC) is a visionary partnership led by a coalition of the region’s most impactful community service organizations: the North Platte Public Library, North Platte Children’s Museum, Early Learning Center, and Food Bank Distribution. This project is managed through a formal Interlocal Agreement between the City of North Platte and these key partners, ensuring that the campus is built on a foundation of public-private accountability. By uniting under a shared-service model, these leaders are moving away from the traditional "siloed" approach to non-profit work, instead creating a singular, sustainable hub that maximizes every dollar donated to improve the quality of life for families across Central and Western Nebraska.

To ensure the project is executed with professional excellence and local expertise, the North Platte Collaboration Campus is supported by a dedicated project management and advisory team. Jim Rose and Troy Stickels of J Rose Partners provide strategic leadership and fundraising expertise, leveraging their deep experience in non-profit development to guide the campaign toward success. Legal and structural oversight is provided by Colten Venteicher of the Bacon, Vinton & Venteicher (BVH) law firm, ensuring the interlocal agreements and organizational frameworks are robust and secure. Additionally, Melanie O’Brien, a veteran grant writer with Melanie Writes, leads the effort to secure regional and national foundation support, bringing her proven track record of local advocacy and technical expertise to the campus.
